I would have laughed at "chakras" - in fact, often did at yoga - until Christiane Northrup convinced me. :)

1. I really do think that restaurant and gift shop are the most fun parts of the museum...

2. Do tell...what does "clarty" mean?

3. I (of course) have done all three. I am a nut for body work. I saw a kinestheologist and we simply could not find a way for me to flare like crazy after each session. The traditional medical establishment in the US thinks chiropractors are quacks but I had great relief during my first five years of fibro. Jud actually changed his mind about them. They are so much more open to different things, like dietary changes, etc.

The person I am seeing now, Betsy, has switched from doing a mish-mash to doing soley cranial-sacral work. I actually think it is the best hands-on work for my fibro. So subtle but I have huge changes.

I guess you would say I am a body-work whore ;-)
