all the different explanations on the aussie government’s website say at the top:

but i haven’t found the one that finishes that sentence:

That thing on GMTV this morning nearly had me packing my suitcase ready to leave this hell hole… it almost made listening to Lorraine Kelly tolerable (almost!)
